RNResume.io provides online resume and cover letter building tools designed specifically for nursing professionals. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, multiple template options, and document export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or create an account via Google sign-in. If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Guest users' data is stored locally in the browser and may be lost when the browser is closed.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid plan (Single Download, Monthly, or Annual).
Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No auto-renewal traps.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Service, please contact us at within 7 days of purchase. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including resumes and cover letters. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information in your documents.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to assist with content generation (summaries, bullet points, cover letters). AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in job applications.

8. Prohibited Uses

Using the Service to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
Attempting to bypass payment systems or access controls.
Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access to the Service.
Using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

RNResume.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to employment outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
