Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to create and manage your account.

Resume and Cover Letter Data

The personal and professional information you enter into our resume and cover letter builders (name, contact details, work experience, education, skills) is stored to provide our service.

Guest users: Data is stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) and is not sent to our servers. This data is lost when you close the browser.
Signed-in users: Data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase) so you can access it across sessions.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Creem). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

To provide and improve the resume and cover letter building service.
To process AI-generated content (summaries, bullet points, cover letters) through our AI provider.
To manage your account and subscription.
To respond to support inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase: Authentication and cloud database for signed-in users.
OpenRouter / OpenAI: AI content generation. Resume data may be sent to AI providers to generate suggestions. We do not send your full contact information to AI providers.
Creem: Payment processing.
Vercel: Website hosting.

4. Data Retention

Signed-in users can delete their resumes at any time from the dashboard. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at .

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser storage (sessionStorage and localStorage) to maintain your session and store resume data locally. We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Cloud-stored data is secured through Supabase's security infrastructure, including row-level security policies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data stored in our service.
Delete your resumes and cover letters at any time.
Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Export your data (via PDF/DOCX download).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
